 Bara Infoware Inc. Opens another Office at Sacramento, CA- Mr. Gary Heinz joins as new BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Bara Infoware, Inc. has started its operations in Sacramento, CA to provide Construction and Facilities Maintenance services to the Government and businesses in the Sacramento and Sierra Nevada region. This is part of the expansion plan slated for this year 2009.
Mr. Gary Heinz in the role of Business Development Manager will manage Bara's Sacramento Office.
Mr. Heinz brings a strong construction background to the team at Bara. An industry professional with in excess of 28 years of experience, Gary has a portfolio replete with a diverse and broad range of project types, from heavy civil/infrastructure; demolition; environmental remediation; industrial; to commercial steel and concrete structures.
Bara’s new addition is a Construction Manager by both education and training. He also brings his substantial experience in the areas of both construction estimating and project management to benefit our clients. Most recently, Gary exercised this skill set with Jacobs Engineering’s Federal Operations Group, as he joins us from their McClellan, California office.
The main focus of Bara’s newest team member will be ensuring that our clients are completely familiar with Bara’s capabilities and thereby ensuring that they can take full advantage of our strengths in a manner that best befits each client. In addition, however, Gary will take a cradle-to-grave approach with each of his clients and their projects. He will seek to provide the highest level of service by first defining the client expectations for each project and then following through at each and every stage to be certain each and every one of those expectations are met or exceeded. He will guarantee that the client’s level of satisfaction with Bara’s performance reaches and is maintained at its apex.
Bara’s new Business Development Manager addition is part of an ongoing expansion and revitalization of our overall management and execution capabilities. In the process of reviewing past performance and current as well as projected targets, we are remolding our efforts to better suit and serve our clientele. Mr. Heinz will play an integral part in the refreshed focus to meet client needs.

Bara Infoware Inc. Achieves ISO 9001:2008 Certification on April 15,2009.
Bara Infoware, a leading services provider to the United States Federal Government, announced today that it has achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification for all its business units. ABS QE, a leading quality management systems registrar, certified Bara Infoware in April 2009. As part of the certification process, ABS QE performed on-site assessments, examined the company's procedures and documentation and audited its overall operations. To determine continued compliance with ISO 9001:2008, ABS QE will conduct annual audits of its operations.

Bara Infoware, Inc. has started its operations in Washington, DC to provide professional Information Technology consulting services to the Government and businesses in the DC region and East Coast. This is part of the expansion plan slated for this year 2009. |

This operation would be managed by John Harvey, who joined Bara as the Managing Partner for the region. Mr. Harvey brings 30 years of outstanding management and information systems implementation experience. He has earned most of his experience with two of the Big 4 accounting firms, IBM, and as owner/Partner of his own consulting firm. He managed the IT Division of one of the Big 4 accounting firms' Government Consulting Practice as well as two different offices. His industry experience includes the Federal, State, and Local governments, public mass transit, banking, financial institutions, manufacturing, supply chain, higher education, retail and wholesale distribution, and health care. He has implemented numerous custom systems as well as packaged software systems (COTS).

| Mr. Harvey is a native Texan with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. He has a wife (Maxine) and twin sons (Derek and Travis). The Harvey's have lived in Northern Virginia (a suburb of DC) for the past 25 years |
